- As Robin Hood, Sean Connery
- Has ridden through the glen.
- He's older now, but no more wiser
- Than he was back then.
- He ticks off Richard Harris,
- Ian Holm, and Robert Shaw.
- Great actors in an awful film
- Can still count as a flaw.
- Miss Hepburn, as Maid Marian,
- Has transform'd into a nun.
- Yet she has love for Robin
- Before all is said and done.
- Too bad their love is tragic
- When it once was very fine.
- But why would that drive her
- To poison all their wine?
- Overall, this movie was
- A pretty sad affair.
- The script was really dull
- And the action wasn't there.
- The scenery, in contrast,
- Was actually quite good
- That's all I will remember from
- Mr. Lester's Robin Hood.
