It will come as no surprise to learn that in fact Neve Campbell's character is once again being stalked by a guy in a Scream mask.
- EVALUATION:
If you're looking to watch a horror movie that you will promptly forget or confuse with something else, Scream 3 is an excellent choice.
- WRITING:
At one point, the killer yells "Fuck you!" at Neve Campbell, who responds with "Fuck you!" and I guess these lines were actually written down before they were said.
- FILMING:
While Craven's direction is leagues beyond the film's writing and acting, it is not good enough to salvage the endeavor.
- BEST PART:
Carrie Fisher cameos as a woman who is often mistaken for Carrie Fisher.
- TRIVIA:
Apparently they shied away from some of the violence and moved it away from a high school setting because the film was made shortly after the Columbine shootings.
- STINGER:
Patrick Warburton referring to Dewey as "Dewdrop."
